We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.

Our commitment

RAYA+ (Aviel Tahalov) considers it very important to provide an equal and accessible service to all visitors, including people with disabilities. The website was built with the aim of meeting the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, at level AA.

Accessibility level

The website was built following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1, level AA, on which the Israeli standard is based. It has been tested in desktop and mobile layouts, in Hebrew and English: keyboard navigation, contrast, zoom and the no-animation view.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard navigation: every link, button and form field can be reached with the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Esc).
  • Skip to content: a “Skip to main content” link appears on the first press of Tab.
  • Clear focus indicator: the element you’re on is marked with a visible outline.
  • Clear structure: headings follow a logical order, navigation areas are labelled, and the page language (Hebrew or English) and text direction are set correctly.
  • Colour contrast: text and background colours were chosen to meet the required contrast ratio.
  • Images: meaningful images have alternative text; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
  • Accessible form: every field has a label, required fields are marked, and error messages appear next to the field and in a summary at the top of the form.
  • Text resizing: the page can be zoomed up to 200% without losing content.
  • Motion and animation: animations on the site are gentle. If you’ve set “reduce motion” on your device, you’ll see the site without animations. Nothing on the site plays sound by itself.
  • No accessibility plug-in: we chose to build the site accessible from the start, rather than relying on an external accessibility “widget”.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. If we add videos to the site, we’ll add captions to them. If you come across a problem, we’d like to know so we can fix it.

Physical accessibility

RAYA+ does not currently have a branch or a service point open to the public. Meetings and tastings are arranged in advance, usually at the customer’s business. If you need any adjustment for a meeting, let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it.
