What information we collect
Information you give us in the business form: full name, business name, type of business, city or area, phone, and — if you choose to fill them in — your role, number of branches, email, areas of interest, how you heard about us and a free-text message. Also, if you tick the box, your consent to receive updates.
Signing up for updates: your email address only.
Feedback after a tasting: your business name and your answers to the feedback questions, and — if you choose to fill them in — your name and phone.
Basic technical information: like any website, the server hosting the site may automatically log technical information (for example IP address, browser type and time of visit) to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
We don’t ask for sensitive information, and there’s no need to include any in the free-text message.
How we use the information
- To get back to you, answer your enquiry and arrange a tasting or pilot.
- To manage our business relationship with you.
- To learn from your feedback and improve our products and our offer to businesses.
- To send you updates about RAYA+ — only if you signed up for updates or ticked the box agreeing to this on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- To run the website, keep it secure and fix problems.
Do you have to give us this information?
No. There is no legal obligation to give us any information. However, without a name and a way to contact you we can’t get back to you. You provide the information voluntarily and with your consent.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent or pass your information to third parties for their own marketing. It is shared only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms (form service) — delivers your enquiry from the form to our inbox.
- Our website hosting provider — hosts the site and serves it to visitors.
- Our email provider — where the enquiries we receive are stored.
Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored on or pass through servers abroad. We choose providers that use accepted security measures.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.
Cookies and tracking
At present the website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use any traffic-analysis tools. If we add such a tool in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as they’re needed to handle your enquiry and our business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).
Information security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the site and limited access to enquiries. However, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw your consent to receive updates — at any time, by contacting us or via the unsubscribe link in the message.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add services to the website. The current version will always appear on this page, with the date of the last update.
